joga2 Yoga is extremely suitable for offsetting any adverse health effects of physical and mental exhaustion. The exercises are regenerating body muscles, joints, skeletal and internal organs, the vascular system, and brain cells. The body becomes flexible, will be healthy and relaxed. The goal is to become less trapped in our bodies, gain understanding on its functioning, while practicing postures we will be able to gain more and more control.

We provide both traditional Hatha Yoga classes with a slower more relaxing flow, and Dynamic Yoga classes with higher intensity.
