Spinracing is one of today's the most popular fitness trends. It is a kind of group training but the load is set individually. Energizing music, professional coaches and a lot of excitement. Uphill, downhill, fat burning, stamina improvement, an efficient way to shape the body.

Optionally the indoor-cycling training can be combined with aerobic. Spinning in the salt room increases the pace of fat burning though the beneficial effect of the salt room air.
